Video/Camera not working. What you will need to do to fix it.

If your video isn't working, it should be an easy fix.

This sounds silly, but please make sure that the device you're using to access the Toucan event has a camera.

 

To activate your camera, try the following:

  • Click on "Device Settings" and check that your camera is selected.
  • Reload the page.

Side note: Occasionally, bluetooth headphones can confuse your browser and camera. This will result in you being able to see everybody else in your group but not hear them. They will not be able to see or hear your video. To fix this, try disconnecting and reconnecting your headphones.
