How do I share my event?

Once you've created your event, you can easily find sharable links on the homepage, event page, and within the event itself. 

 

1. Homepage

When you click on the button in the bottom right-hand corner of the event card, you will be presented with the option to share the event via Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, or Email (AND with the 'copy link' button you will have the URL to easily send via any other medium :) )

2. The Event Page:

To share, click on the button that says 'Share the event' and the same pop-up window as above will appear. 

 

3. Within the Event

By clicking the "Event Info" button in the bottom left-hand corner and opening the "Event Details" tab, you will be able to directly copy the link to the event. From there you can invite guests however you would like. For extra information on the Event details tab, read our article found here

 

Some ideas for sending out invites:

  • Send the Toucan event link via Evite
  • Set the location of an Eventbrite listing to your Toucan event link
  • Add the Toucan event link to a Paperless Post for a ~fancier~ invitation.
  • Or just text the link out to your buddies! This works great in one-on-one text conversations and also group chats.
