How do I report an issue with a Toucan event?

You can use the built-in chat support if something goes wrong while you're attending an event. As elementary as it may sound, we encourage you—when experiencing any technical trouble—to first try exiting the event, reloading the event page, and re-joining the event. Sometimes all you need is a little refresh.

To report any problems immediately after you exit an event, please fill out our event feedback form. When you exit, you are prompted to "Tell us more". Please do! We want to know what you liked and what you did not like as much.
