Setting an entry page background allows you to decide the first thing that all your attendees see when they’re entering your event.
Before every event, Toucan asks for permissions to access everyone’s camera and microphone, and it checks that everything is working properly. During this time, you can give attendees something exciting to look at. And it only takes a few easy steps:
Start creating your event
Put in all the necessary basic information, and then proceed to the optional “Personalize” step. Scroll to the bottom, and you’ll see a section called “Entry page background.” You have a few options. You can use the default black background, a more work-related graphic, a more social graphic, or you can upload your own image. Make sure you select the option that you want.
If you choose to upload your own, make sure to upload a PNG, JPG, or GIF file with dimensions 1920 x 1080px.
