Can I plan my Meeting Spots on Toucan?

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to plan Meeting Spots before an event. We recommend that if you arrive at your event a few minutes early and create them then. If you have a Toucan subscription, your event will be accessible a 15 minutes before the event is scheduled to start. If you're a free user, your event will open 2 minutes before the scheduled start time. It does not take long to create Meeting Spots, anyway.
