Pretty much anything you need to know about an event can be found in the bottom left-hand corner.
The "Event info" page has a lot of useful information. To access it, all you have to do is click the button in the bottom left corner.
From there, you will see a window that looks like this:
Navigating through the various tabs will allow you to do a few things:
- Event details - this page will show you the name of the event, the name of the host, the scheduled time of the event, and it will also allow you to copy the Toucan link for the event to share with friends.
- Meeting Spots - this page will allow you to view a list of all the meeting spots in the space (A spot is a named conversation group). By clicking on the meeting spots, you will see it highlighted on your screen.
- Attendees - this page will allow you to see a list of all the attendees at the event. You can search for them by name or scroll down the list. If you click on an attendee, they will be highlighted on your screen. Also, you can see the number of people currently in the event as well as the total number who have entered the event overall. The first number with the green button beside is the total number currently in the event. The second number is the overall number of users who have entered the event.
